In Loving Memory

"Those whose walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death." Isaiah 57:2

ELOHOR COMFORT URHOBO was born May 10, 1989, to the family of Dr. & Mrs. Urhobo of the Agbasa and Ogunu communities both in Agbarha kingdom, Warri-South LGA, Delta State. She was the last of five (5) children and died of complications resulting from an auto accident.

She attended Twin Fountain Group of Schools, Warri, then proceeded to DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY, ABRAKA. Comfort was an active member of a group she named EX-AIREGIN which translates to 'Extraordinary Nigerians'. This group is focused on helping peers stand up for what they believe in.

She was a devoted Christian and a member of the choir of the INTERNATIONAL CHURCH OF CHRIST, Warri and will always be remembered for her warmth and friendliness. She was always full of smiles, fun loving and respectful. Elohor was never selective as she made friends across all tribes and ages. A great lover of children and a great dancer, with Elohor around there was never a dull moment.

Elohor stayed faithful till the end and was so full of life and smiles even on the hospital bed. She never ceased to encourage others even in pains. Our ultimate encouragement is that she has gone to be with her Maker eternally.

Adieu, dearest Elohor and may your gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile, even though it's breaking
when there are clouds in the sky
you’ll get by...
If you smile
with your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll find that life is still worthwhile if you'll just...
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you'll just...Smile.
